Public Information Policy

Public record documents in this office are available for review and a copy may be requested of any document that is of a size 11” x 17” or smaller.

If you would like copies you will need to complete the copy request form at the front reception desk.  Copies are $0.50 each and must be paid for in advance.  We will notify you when the copies are ready for pickup.

Please note that we make certain documents available at our website (www.dcplanning.org) and we will be increasing the number of documents available at that site.  Most of these documents are “read only”, but you should still be able to download and print them at no charge.

Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment packets (information provided to the members of the Commission board) will generally be available at our office one week prior to the scheduled meeting.
